The OPSO Replacement Facility is replacing inmate housing that was destroyed during Hurricane Katrina. Currently, Sheriff Marlin N. Gusman was forced to house many of his inmates in temporary tent facilities until the new construction was completed.
RW set up our mobile manufacturing site in Baton Rouge, LA. The 600 cell modules and 160 plenum structures were then transported to the New Orleans project site for erection.
The 600 fully finished cells consist of 280 double-cell modules and 40 single-cell modules.
