Mystic River Housing Project Featured

Noticreto Magazine featured RW’s precast modular housing project, Mystic River, in an article entitled, “Modular homes: more than traditional prefabrication.”

RW produced 240 kitchen and bathroom modules for this modernization project near Boston, Massachusetts. The project won the PCI Design Award for Innovation in Sustainability.

In 2007, we had the pleasure of working with RW when they provided 484 precast cells and 16 electrical and storage rooms for Her Majesty’s Prison Dodds St. Philip, Barbados.
The entire concept and process of mobilizing a manufacturing site to our island was new for us. RW took initiative and led us through their process and plan.
